To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened pet food, treats, supplements, or consumable products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
